Download Your Report

Enter your Patient ID to view or download the report when the centre has uploaded it.

Download within 3 days

Soft-copy reports are kept online for 3 days from upload, then removed automatically. Please download and save your file in time. For a copy after that, contact the centre with your Patient ID.

Report-ready notifications

Tap Enable Notifications — your browser will ask Allow / Block. We only use this to alert you when a report is uploaded for your Patient ID (not marketing).
